Database Tutorial #1: PubMed and NCBI

Each article database has it own unique way of functioning; and in the Google Age, many scholars don’t know that databases have features that they don’t know how to use.

This is the first post in a series that will highlight video tutorials for the databases you use most. I’ll kick off the series with the deceptivly simple NCBI/PubMed:

Getting Started with NCBI (5 Minutes)

Search PubMed For An Author (3 Minutes)

Search PubMed By Author and SubJect (1 Minute)

Search PubMed for a Journal (5 Minutes)

Click Here for a full list of PubMed/NCBI tutorials.
