The Acoustical Society of America Digital Library is available for purchase by individuals or institutions. However, individual papers can be purchased. Details not explained on their site, can be had by contacting them by phone or email. This literature, now in a digitized, searchable unique database, is also available via INSPEC and/or Compendex. Princeton University has access to them both via Engineering Village. If you cannot find the materials you need at Princeton (online or print), holders of PU IDs are encouraged to request such via Interlibrary Loan or Document Delivery.
Always feel free to ask a librarian!
