Hello, I am looking for info concerning the
"Roads for Peace" program that built the roads in the Osa, Costa Rica.
In 1986?, about 450 US Army Corp of Eng. built the main road and bridges. 29 heavy equipment?
Now the road is being modernized, widened, with new bridges. Who has info?
Thanks, w.w. Puerto Jimenez, costa rica
