"Preparing to Lead" internships

What is a "Preparing to Lead" internship?

ptl-ad-image.jpgRising juniors and seniors spend their summer working for a company. They receive exposure to high levels of corporate leadership. Employers designate a "Leader" -- a senior executive in the company -- who commits to spending time (about 30 minutes per week) in a two-way discussion with the student. Discussions can range from the meaning of leadership to the company's context in its industry to career guidance and advice.

How do I apply?

Domestic Preparing to Lead internship opportunities can be found on TigerTracks.

  • Login to TigerTracks
  • Select "internship" and search for the keyword "Keller Center". These opportunities will be presented as "Leadership Intern at company name"

Some international Preparing to Lead internships are listed on IIP's website.  Others are listed on PIA's website
