What is a "Preparing to Lead" internship?
Rising juniors and seniors spend their summer working for a company. They receive exposure to high levels of corporate leadership. Employers designate a "Leader" -- a senior executive in the company -- who commits to spending time (about 30 minutes per week) in a two-way discussion with the student. Discussions can range from the meaning of leadership to the company's context in its industry to career guidance and advice.
How do I apply?
