Dear Madam / Sir,

I found this emailaddress to ask a question concerning the use of Endnote.

I have got two questions no-one seems to be able to help me with:

1) I copied four different chapters into one document. Each chapter had citations and therefore included the automatic citation list in
the end. After copy and pasting it all into one document, endnote does not seem to merge all the reference lists into one final list, but
still keeps the four lists of the four chapter. I thus have four different lists, but with many same authors, since it is from the same
library. How can I make sure these get merged?

2) I use a citation from the World Bank. In the text it either shows as 'Bank', or put together as Worldbank. Endnote therefore recognises
it as an ordinary name (first and last name), but I want the who 'World Bank' to appear. How do I do this?

Thank you very much for your reply.

Best regards,
