Had in question in mind to ask Richard about his Anglo Soviet Relations (1917 1921). It’s now June 3rd, 2014, and I’m only now discovering that he’s not roaming around available to take a stranger’s question. I’m in the middle of research for a book that involves British Espionage during the Russian Revolution. Luckily the book is so rich and accessible, if I look hard enough, I’ll get my answer.
