Bookpate with initials ‘N C’. This is Ellen Gordon Craig (1904–75), always known as Nelly, Edward Gordon Craig’s daughter by Elena Meo. This bookplate is the work of her brother, Edward Anthony Craig (1905–1998) whose working name was Edward Carrick. Cf.
