I wonder if this'll work...
Alright, in my attempts to resuscitate my blog here I'm going to try another post. I'm still not quite sure who I'm writing to right now since I've only given the URL to my parents. Maybe they're looking at this? Hi Mom! If not, well, hi Ari. Here is my attempt at posting a little shot of downtown Guangzhou, my soon-to-be home. Looks like a crazy place--I'm excited.

Oops
Alright I screwed it up. Good thing no one's reading this yet. I tried to add a little weather plugin on the sidebar of my homepage (which I did, successfully) but then realized I screwed up the main part of the whole blog. Nice work, huh? Sally-help!!

Wow! I'm not quite sure how I waded through all the html code, but with a little help (thanks Sally!), I managed to add a web counter to the site. Check out my handiwork on the bottom right of the main page. So, ummm, now I'll know for *sure* that no one is actually reading this. Sweet!

Hi there
Hello, virtual world. Ari Wolfe here, currently from Boston, Massachusetts. That's me on the left there in the picture above with the rest of the Wolfe clan. This is going to be my blog as I am teaching abroad for the educational year of 2005-2006 in Guangzhou, China. This is my first foray into blogging so it'll probably be pretty basic at first. Hopefully as I get used to it I'll get a bit fancier...
