Popular Names of Constitutional Provisions

Many provisions of the U.S. Constitution are known by popular name or nickname. This page identifies many of those popular names and includes the text of the relevant provisions. The information is arranged in two lists: the first, alphabetically by popular name and the second, arranged by appearance in the Constitution.
