Cloning a Request

Researchers can request pre­vi­ously viewed items by using the Clone feature.

  • Click on the “Com­pleted Requests” link in the tool­bar on the left side of your account for a list of all pre­vi­ously viewed items.

 

  • Click on the Trans­ac­tion Num­ber for the item you wish to request.

  •  Click on the Clone Request Link at the top of the record.

  • Enter any notes, date of visit, etc., and click Sub­mit to request the item.
