Ciao,
I hope you got a kick out of my exhibit on Van Gogh. I really enjoyed making this gallery even though it consumed about one-third of my life during the last four weeks. I am totally stoked and entirely flattered that you have taken the time to read this much of my site. Van Gogh’s life is vastly fascinating: I think all of us can take something away from his life and his struggle. At the end of the day, I think the lesson to be learned from Van Gogh’s struggle is that in order truly to discover who we are, we need to seek out, unreservedly, something divine as Van Gogh did when he sought out the calming influence of nature through the stars. God has been that source of divine inspiration in my life. Thankfully, He helped me come through this project alive.
This was supposed to be an about the author page but I think I have written too much already, nothing else will fit on the page—bummer. I’m kidding. Here it goes:
I was born and raised in Long Beach, California until I turned ten. For my tenth birthday, my family decided to pick up and leave that beautiful beachside city in sunny Southern California for Snowflake, Arizona—yes it does snow there. Sounds cute, right? Growing up in Snowflake was totally chill. I attended a small high school (Snowflake High) made some sweet friends, and ultimately decided to attend Princeton University where I now study French, Italian, Literature, Art, Religion, History, and Politics with hope of majoring in the Comparative Literature Department or the Woodrow Wilson School. I am a man of many passions, and I have always aspired to become a Renaissance man. Aside from my passions in the world of academia, I love to make music (sing and play the acoustic guitar) with my brah T. Crosby; I also love to surf, skate, and cook. Chillin’ with friends has always played an essential role in my development. I love hitting up Marquee Club in NYC on Tuesday nights. I have a thing for walks in parks. God has been the driving force behind everything I do. Thank you God for your help. Sometime in the future, I would like to jump into the world of international business to work for a big name fashion company. After that, I hope to open and run an exclusive restaurant somewhere in the heart of California’s wine country. Until then, I will be living everyday for God, day by day.
