Kelsi Goss hails from the beautiful town of Mattituck on the Island of Long, which is in New York of course. She enjoys the beach, sweets, and the color lime green a little too much. Kelsi also has a not so commonly known Alice in Wonderland fetish. She was an avid All State singer in high school, but since her rejection from Chapel Choir in September of her freshman year at Princeton University, you can only hear her singing occasionally in the shower. This disappointment was also accompanied by the acquisition of her first physics quiz grade: 2 out of 20, and the humbling realization that she no longer dominated in certain areas. Nevertheless, Kelsi has continued to concentrate her efforts on architecture and art, and of course, her writing seminar for which this website was created.

And why, you ask, did Kelsi choose to explore Monet’s Water Lilies? Well, which paintings first pop into your head when you think of the term “Impressionism? Exactly. So, aside from the fact that she was previously enamored by these flowers, the author wanted to more closely examine some of the most well known paintings in the world.
