The Realia Project is an online searchable source of royalty-free, faculty-reviewed images for use as teaching materials in the foreign language classroom.
Google has added an on-screen keyboard to their search portals for languages that use non-latin script. This could be particularly useful for people who regularly search in these other languages but who use a latin alphabet keyboard. Look for this to become a default feature on Google search for 35 languages, including Russian, Turkish, Persian, Greek, Thai, Icelandic, Finnish and Swedish.
