I met Kathy Chizik in 1999 and she was a great person. She was my director at U Penn for three years. She was very support to me, especially during my pregnancy. I can remember her embracing my son with a big hug. My prayers and thoughts are with the entire Chizik family. I pray that the family find comfort and peace during these difficult time.

I meet Kathy through my mom Dorothy Walker who she worked for at Penn. Kathy was always happy to see me when I would visit the job to see my mom. We would always talk about traveling and Kathy loved to go to Italy. She encouraged me to travel as much as I could. Last month I was able to go to Tuscany, Italy and I enjoyed every minute of it. I know that Kathy would have been so happy to hear that I finally fulfilled my dream of going to Italy. I will truly miss her, and my prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.

Kathy hired me at a time when I was making the awitch for Operations to more Financial Management. She was a very hardworking, skillful CFO, and I learned a lot from her. May she rest peacefully now.
