Requesting Material in the Finding Aids

  • Go to the Finding Aids and conduct a search:
  • After clicking on the title of the collection, click the Submit Request button on the upper left side of the finding aid:

  • Login to your Research Account:

  • The next screen will present the entire Finding Aid in your Research Account:

  • Scroll down and check the boxes and folders of interest. You may select multiple boxes and folders at the same time (if no boxes are presented, this is a one-box collection and this step can be skipped):

  •  Once you have selected all of your material, scroll to the bottom of the screen, submit a date, and click the Submit Request tab:

You will receive a confirmation notice in the top banner of your account:
