Committee Chairs

Chair of fundraising: Daria Koren | dkoren@princeton.edu

Daria is a junior from Connecticut who is majoring in Molecular Biology with a certificate in Global Health & Health Policy. Outside of TCRH, she spends her time in Bonnie Bassler’s lab, drawing, dancing, and being a sound manager for theate/dance productions. She also enjoys cooking and baking, especially anything spicy, chocolate-laden or with cinnamon (or all three as in the case of Mexican hot chocolate cake). She is excited for another year of TCRH!

Chair of rural health activism: Michael Chang | mschang@princeton.edu

Michael is a sophomore from New Jersey, and is planning on majoring in Molecular Biology with certificates in Global Health & Health Policy and Creative Writing. Outside of TCRH, he is also an Orange Key Tour Guide, Pace Center Breakout Trip leader, Peer Health Adviser, member of the Princeton Debate Panel, and props manager for several Theatre Intime productions. He loves traveling, photography, trying new cuisines, and golden retrievers. Michael is so excited to see all that TCRH will accomplish in its second year, and cannot wait to meet both current and new chapter members!

Chair of outreach and publicity: Divya Krishnan | divyak@princeton.edu

My name is Divya and I’m from New Jersey. I’ve lived here for about 10 years now and I grew up in France before that. A few key things about me: I love the color purple and I love to dance! I’m definitely a dog person. I grew up in France but I got my US citizenship this year (just in time to vote!). I’m a freshman and in terms of majors, I’m still exploring and weighing options. I dance on campus and I’m also thrilled to be a part of TropicalClinics. I have been volunteering in healthcare related areas for a while now, and I really hope that I can continue to try to make a difference by working with TropicalClinics.

Chair of special events: Jess Gregory | jcg2@Princeton.EDU

Hi I’m Jess! I’m a sophomore living in Butler from South Jersey. I am currently chair of the Special Events committee of TCRH. On campus, aside from Tropical Clinics, I am involved in imPACT, Club Tennis, Big Sibs, and Butler LSI. I’m a pre-med student majoring in psychology with the hopes of becoming a psychiatrist. I am thankful that Tropical Clinics gives me an outlet to learn more about and participate in rural health activism!

Chair of chaptership expansion: Allanna Daniels | allannad@princeton.edu

Allanna is a Pre-med sophomore from southern Virginia. She is planning on majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with a certificate in Global Health and Health Policy. She is a big fan of music, and you will often find her at a concert or DJing on WPRB, Princeton’s radio station. On campus, she also participates as a staff writer for The Stripes, a blog on race, Princeton Travel Magazine and Princeton Public Health Review. She enjoys being actively involved health events on campus and TCRH is a favorite outlet for that!
