1. put your video into a place on your computer where you can find it for uploading.

2.In the WordPress post editing environment, select the RED media button that looks like a film reel with a plus sign superimposed to add your video– it says Kaltura Video

3. Upload your video to Kaltura using the upload button and browsing to your file. Wait until the status bar completes, and the file says “Done.”

4. Hit the “Next” button and wait for the encoding to finish.

5. When done, you can insert it into a post or page. If you’re not ready to put it into a post, just upload it. To see the All in One Video content (all uploaded files from this blog, go to the Media tab on the Dashboard, and select “All in One Video” from the menu items.
