I am very sorry to hear of Walter’s passing. I was friends with his daughter Robin when I lived in Princeton as a young adult in the early eighties. I would like to pass my condolences on to her and her sister.

Professor Wallace was my thesis advisor in the late nineties and I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to learn from him and to share some happy times in the Sociology department. Wishing his family well, and may he rest in peace.
